April
April is the owner and founder of Nina's Balloon Emporium. Her passion for balloon décor started as a young child, but wasn't realized until recently--having to decorate for her mother's 60th birthday party.
April is a native Texan, now residing in Connecticut. She is a former math teacher and now school administrator, and has been in the field for more than 20 years. She is the proud mother of 2 honor students and enjoys helping out at her church and in the community.
Derek
Derek is the youngest of the team. He is the in-house photographer and balloon artist for Nina's Balloon Emporium (NBE). He captures the beauty of the balloons that people usually don't see.
Outside of working for Nina's Balloon Emporium, Derek is perfecting his love for photography and growing his own photography business, DW Photography. You can find his work on his Instagram page @dwphotography1227.

Calah
Calah is the oldest child. She is the in-house web developer and balloon artist for Nina's Balloon Emporium. Calah uses her creativity to turn something ordinary into something extraordinary. She experiments with the essentials to create something special.
By using her innovative skills, she can easily problem solve--using this strategy to brainstorm ideas for client events. Calah has a love for animals and all things PINK! You can follow her on Instagram @calstorm.
